Welcome to our claims section. When you advise Yachtsman euromarine that you have had an incident that you need to make a claim for, we will do everything we can to resolve your claim quickly, with as little inconvenience as possible. As soon as we receive initial notification of your claim by post, fax or email we will set about providing you with details and support to lodge your claim. 

As Ireland’s leading marine insurance specialist we have close and positive relationships with the best marine trade professionals. Whether it is damage to your boat, rigging or engine we are confident we can process your claim more efficiently than others.

In most cases, we have delegated authority from your marine insurer to handle your claim and settle it under the terms and conditions of your policy. If this is the case, you can be assured that we will handle your claim fairly and quickly – but we can only settle claims that are covered under the policy.

If we are unable to reach an agreement with you about the settlement of your claim or consider it necessary under the terms of our agreement, your claim will be referred to your insurers for their assessment and decision. We will do everything we can to ensure you get the best customer service possible when handling your claim.
